Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim admits the current Red Devils side may be the worst in the club’s history after their home defeat to Brighton.

Manchester United stumble again after beaten 3-1 by Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday. Despite their previous form having begin to recover, drawing at Liverpool, then knocking out Arsenal in the FA Cup and coming from behind to beat Southampton.

The latest defeat means United have now คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย lost four of their last five home league games and 10 of their last 22 this season – their fastest run of double-digit defeats since Sir Alex Ferguson’s first campaign in charge in 1989/90.

Amorim admitt in a dismal manner about his team’s performance that “we are probably the worst team in the history of Manchester United”.

“I know you want a cool headline, but I’m saying that because we have to accept this and change it.”

“In ten games in the Premier League we won two, I know that. Imagine this for a fan of Manchester United, imagine this for me.

“You are getting a new coach who is losing more than the last coach. Imagine that. We need to survive this moment. I know that.”

United’s record at home this season is the club’s worst in the league in 131 years.

In the 1989/90 season, Manchester United finished 13th in the table but won the FA Cup, which allowed Ferguson to continue to manage the team before building on his greatness later on.
