Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti admits Atalanta look better than ever since their Super Cup clash.
Los Blancos are set to travel to Atalanta in the Champions League, Stage 6, matchday 1 on Tuesday. At present, Los Blancos have only 6 points.
“It was a very demanding game,” the Italian coach said during a press conference on Monday.
“Atalanta are playing very well, they have improved a lot compared to the Super Cup, they are very fluid and they change the game on the counter-attack with a lot of energy, but this game is a good opportunity to get more points and (a chance) to go to the next round.
In addition, the media did not miss the opportunity to ask about the story between Carlo Ancelotti and Gian Piero Gasperini, the head coach of the famous Bergamo team.
“We are good Register ufabet friends. He was in the Juventus youth team when I was there. He is doing a fantastic job. Every season they change a lot of players but he knows how to adapt, plays beautifully. His work is excellent.”
